Every buyer is welcome to request candle samples to verify quality, burning performance, wax texture and fragrance before bulk ordering. We have built a clear, fair sample policy for our partners across Europe, USA and Australia.

Standard Stock Samples

Our existing regular candle samples are free of charge. You only need to cover the courier shipping cost. This option applies to our ready-made beeswax taper candles, pillar candles, tealights, votive candles and other in-stock styles. We will arrange shipment once the freight is confirmed.

Custom Development Samples

If you need fully customized samples, including custom wax formula, size, shape, fragrance, label or packaging, we will only charge you the raw material and production cost (sample cost). Once you place the formal bulk order that meets our MOQ requirement, this sample charge will be fully refunded to you.

Joint New Product Co-development

For high-potential new candle projects, you may share your complete product plan or business proposal with our team. We will evaluate the market value and feasibility of your idea. For approved co-development projects, our factory will bear at least 50% of the sample development cost, working together with you to launch this new candle product to the market.
